How long is my commitment?
Twelve months beginning March 12, 2023 to March 2, 2024.
How much should I commit to?
Your commitment should be made with prayerful consideration. There is a giving guide on the commitment card that may help you make your giving decision.
How often can I make my contribution?
You can honor your commitment weekly (with 52 payments), bi-weekly (with 26 payments), semi-monthly (with 24 payments), monthly (with 12 months), yearly (with one payment) or however else you designate on your commitment card or online.
Can I write one check (or make one-time pay online) for the full amount?
Yes! We’ll accept your “paid-in-full” commitment in one payment or any combination of payments (e.g., once a quarter, twice a year, etc.)
Will you accept other forms of value in addition to checks/cash?
Yes, we will accept liquid value (such as stocks, bonds, etc.)
Are my contributions tax deductible?
Yes, they are tax deductible. You will be able to go online to retrieve your balance and statement, which will be separate from regular tithes and offerings statements.
How can I keep track of my contributions to my commitment?
Click here, you can set up your commitment, donate, and check your giving record.
What if, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to complete my commitment within 12 months?
You may still continue to pay beyond the 12-month period until you complete your commitment or you may contact our Finance Department at contributions@wvumc.com to adjust your commitment.
Can I make and pay my commitment on the Kingdom Builders website and app?
You can use the website and app to commit and donate to the campaign. Click here to give.
