Prayer Topic #6:
A Prayer of Thanksgiving for Our Windsor Village Church Family
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 106, Psalm 133
Reflections of the Heart:
Our time under God is definitely now! God is positioning us to seize His promises for our lives. So, as a Church Family, let us lift our voices together and confess the will of God to manifest in our lives. We boldly declare that we will manifest God’s Kingdom here on earth!
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, as a Church Family, we are so thankful for Your abundant blessings. Thank You for dwelling among us and being our God. Thank You for the new experiences we are sharing with You, our families, friends and Church Family. We are thankful for Your manifested presence in our lives. You are a wonderful Father! We praise You with our whole hearts. We tell of all the marvelous things You have done. We are filled with joy because of You. We sing praises to Your Name, O Most High. Because of Your unfailing love, we can enter Your house. We worship at Your Temple with the deepest awe. Lord, who can list Your glorious miracles? Who can ever praise You enough? We exalt and praise You, the God of Israel. You live from everlasting to everlasting!
Awesome Father, as a Church Family, we will walk by faith and not by sight. We are true worshippers who worship You in spirit and truth. We decree that because we crave the pure spiritual milk of Your Word, we are growing into the fullness of Your salvation. Faith, hope, and love (especially love) abides in us. We declare that the blessings of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are upon our lives, families, businesses, communities and church. We release the “let there be factor” into all areas of our lives. Let there be salvation, healing and deliverance within each of us. Let there be love, joy, favor and peace in our daily living. Let there be economic prosperity, emotional prosperity, and relational prosperity. Let there be an increase of God’s wisdom, knowledge and power. Holy Spirit, as You instruct us, we will receive revelation on how to speak to the conditions and situations that are in our lives.
Today, I thank God for the following in my life:
Worthy Father, flood our hearts with Your light so that we can see and comprehend the wonderful future You have promised to us. Holy Spirit, we ask that You would continue to show us those areas in our lives that need to change. Help us to remain steadfast as our relationship with God, our Father, Jesus Christ, our big brother, and with You, our Sustainer improves daily through prayer, worship and communion. Convict our hearts when we begin to fall back into old patterns, mindsets, attitudes and behaviors and lead us in the right way. Holy Spirit, we are depending on You to help us to live victorious, Kingdom lives.
Compassionate Father, the Bible states that we have all sinned and fallen short of Your glory. It is our desire to walk with You and trust in You. Please forgive us for our sins. Forgive us for pride, unforgiveness, deception, dishonesty, rebellion, cheating, stealing, gossiping, backbiting and anything else that dishonors You. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)
Holy Spirit, as a Church Family, help us not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one.
Great and marvelous are Your actions, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are Your ways, King of the nations. Who will not fear, Lord, and glorify Your Name? You alone are Holy. Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever. You rule with a scepter of justice. You love justice and hate evil. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
