CornerStone: Transforming Breast Health Together

The CornerStone Project is supported by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The CornerStone Project is backed by a skilled team of FaithHealth Ambassadors and Patient Navigators. These dedicated individuals are fully trained and ready to guide clients through every step of their cancer journey, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

• Awareness: Increase visibility of breast cancer health disparities and the specific needs of African-American women.

• Support: Offer holistic support including patient navigation, wellness resources, and access to healthcare services.

• Community Engagement: Strengthen community partnerships through active engagement with church networks and local healthcare providers.
