MENTAL HEALTH SEMINAR

The 3rd Quarter Mental Health Awareness Seminar is a follow up of the 2019 Mental Health Awareness Symposium held on June 22nd. Based on the request of the majority of Symposium attendees, the Coaching and Counseling Department is providing another Silver Thread Learning opportunity to participate in a in-depth discussion on the subjects of Depression and Relationships. Clinician, Mariana Targhetta, MA, LPC, LMFT, will address the matter of Relationships and how we navigate connections to ourselves, and others. Dr. Richelle Whitteaker, LSSP, LPC, NCC, will walk with us through the issue of depression and help us understand what we don’t know, and how to access resources and tools for healing.
