The Houston Diabetes Peer Support Program was created to assist patience whether newly diagnosed or managing diabetes long-term, patients well learn how to effectively take control of their condition. These sessions are fashioned, to create a safe space for patients to speak and share freely about their experiences while living with diabetes and to learn from each other.
