2023 CHARGE CONFERENCE

The United Methodist South District Charge Conference is scheduled for Saturday  and  Monday, on the 9^th & 11^th.

The Windsor Village Church Family is encouraging you to register for the Monday, December 11th Zoom session at 6 PM but you are more than welcome to choose any of the other dates.

The South District is comprised of 54 diverse United Methodist congregations, located from southern Houston (Windsor Village UMC) and 288 South and West to Freeport and as far as East Columbia, down to the Gulf Coast as far as Galveston and then east on I-10 including Channelview, Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Dayton and Crosby. We are answering the call to make disciples for Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Our communities range from small dynamic congregations to large churches with thousands of members.

We will have two Charge Conference Meetings tomorrow, Saturday, December 9^th.

Clergy, please make sure your leaders have this information.

The meetings will be in person at:

• First UMC (Pearland) located at 2314 N. Grand Blvd; Pearland, TX 77581

Gathering will begin at 9:30 am; Charge Conference will start at 10 am.

• McCabe Roberts Ave. UMC (Beaumont) located at 1205 Roberts Ave; Beaumont , TX 77701

Gathering will begin at 2:30 pm; Charge Conference will begin at 3 pm

On Monday, we will have a ZOOM Charge Conference Meeting at 6:00 pm. The link will be sent to all persons who registered for the Zoom Option.
