Core values are the guiding principles that shape who we are, how we behave, and what we stand for as individuals and as a community. In the context of our church, they are the foundational beliefs that define our identity as followers of Christ and guide our actions in every aspect of our lives.

Think of core values as the roots of a tree. Just as roots anchor a tree and help it grow strong and bear fruit, core values ground us in our faith, helping us stay connected to God, to each other, and to the mission He has called us to fulfill. They influence how we love and serve one another, how we interact with the world, and how we carry out God’s work.

Our church’s core values are Love, Integrity, Fellowship, and Excellence.

Love: We will love God, love our Church Family and ourselves, and love the world.

Love is the foundation of our faith and everything we do. God’s love for us is unconditional, eternal, and sacrificial, as demonstrated through Jesus Christ. In response, we are called to love one another just as God loves us. Love isn’t just a feeling but an action—a way we treat one another with kindness, patience, and compassion. In our church family, love means caring for each other, supporting one another in times of need, and spreading that same love to the world around us.

Integrity: We will live with integrity grounded by Scripture and guided by prayer demonstrated by our actions.

Integrity means living in alignment with God’s truth and principles, no matter the circumstances. It is about being honest, trustworthy, and consistent in our words and actions. As followers of Christ, we are called to reflect His character by being people of integrity—doing what is right even when no one is watching. Our integrity strengthens the church and builds trust within our community. By living with integrity, we become credible witnesses to God’s transformative power.

Fellowship: We will gather in fellowship to worship God The Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit and depart to serve our Church Family, our community, and our World.

Fellowship is about community and connection, a core part of our journey as believers. The church isn’t just a building; it’s a family united in Christ. We are called to fellowship with one another, encouraging, praying for, and uplifting each other in our walk of faith. In fellowship, we find strength, support, and belonging. Our unity shows the world that we are the body of Christ, and together, we can accomplish much more than we ever could alone.

Excellence: We will walk in excellence as fruitful disciples and faithful stewards of God, making the most of our God-given talents and entrepreneurial spirit.

Excellence in all we do is a reflection of our devotion to God. Just as God gave His best in Jesus Christ, we are called to give our best in service, worship, and every aspect of our lives. Excellence means striving to glorify God in everything we do—whether big or small. By pursuing excellence, we honor God, inspire others, and reflect the greatness of the One we serve.

At Windsor Village our core values are not just words; they are the heartbeat of our church and the way we bring God’s Kingdom to life in our community.
