While we don’t tell you who to vote for, we passionately encourage your participation, as it’s vital to take part in the democratic process. So let’s “Know, Grow, and Go” in unity and love, ensuring that democracy works for everyone.

Why Voting Matters

Participation in the voting process is important because voting gives you a say in who makes decisions about your community, state, and country. Elected officials make choices on policies, laws, and budgets that impact our daily lives. So, it is up to constituents to decide who will best represent our needs.

(Please note: If you filled out an online registration form, you will not actually be registered until you print the form, sign it, mail it in, and it is received and processed by the Texas Secretary of State’s office. Once the process is completed, your official voter registration card will be mailed to you. Texas does not accept registrations to vote online).

What’s On The Ballot?

Ask yourself these questions before doing your research:

  • Do you know about the issues and candidates you’ll be voting for?
  • Are there any referendums, initiatives, bond measures, or constitutional amendments on the ballot?
  • What is the process for voting?
  • When is the deadline to register?
